Dungeon Mentor is published by CompanionLink Software. This policy explains, plainly, how the app handles your information. The short version: it doesn't collect any.
None. We do not collect, transmit, store on our servers, or share any personal information. We have no way to see how you use the app.
Everything you create in Dungeon Mentor (vaults, preps, tracker state, session logs, settings) is stored locally on your device. If you have Android Backup enabled, Android may include this app data in your own private device backup, controlled entirely by you and your Google account — not by us.
Dungeon Mentor offers optional one-time purchases (a "Pro" unlock and adventure packs) processed by Google Play Billing. Google Play handles the transaction and your payment information under Google's own privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation that a purchase was made, which the app uses to unlock content on your device. We never see your payment details.
Dungeon Mentor requests no sensitive permissions — no location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage beyond its own app data. The app makes no network requests of its own and has no server. The only network access is Google Play Billing, used by Google solely to process your optional purchases; the app itself never sends your content anywhere.
The illustrations in Dungeon Mentor were created with the assistance of AI image tools, then hand-curated and adjusted by the Dungeon Mentor team. No artwork is generated on your device, and nothing you write in Dungeon Mentor is ever sent to any server.
Dungeon Mentor does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
Because all your data lives only on your device, uninstalling the app permanently deletes it. There is nothing stored with us to request deletion of.
If this policy ever changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised policy here and in the app.
