Looplet (“the app”) is developed and published by Arcane Systems Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not handle.
The short version: Looplet is an offline app. It has no account or login, shows no ads, includes no analytics or tracking, and does not collect or sell your personal information. The projects, counters, yarn stash, notes, photos, patterns and tutorial links you create stay on your device.
We do not operate servers that collect your data, and we do not require an account.
Data you create in the app — projects, row counters, yarn-stash entries, gauge inputs, notes, progress photos, imported pattern files (PDF/image) and saved tutorial-video links — is stored only locally on your device, in the app’s private storage. We cannot see it, and it is never uploaded to us.
We do not collect personal identifiers, contacts, location, advertising IDs, or analytics/usage data.
The app requests no location, no contacts, no microphone, no “all files” access, and no background permissions.
Looplet lets you save links to tutorial videos and, for YouTube links, watch them in an in-app player.
We do not send your craft data to these services — only the standard network request needed to load the thumbnail or video is made, directly from your device.

Looplet offers a one-time “Pro” unlock. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never receive or store your payment-card details. To recognise your purchase across reinstalls and restore it, the app validates purchases through Google Play Billing and our purchase-management provider, RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous purchase token / app-user identifier for that purpose. We do not receive personal information from these services beyond what is needed to confirm your entitlement.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share your craft data with anyone. The only outbound connections are the ones you initiate (loading a video thumbnail/player, or making a purchase), as described above.
Your data is kept in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot read on a non-rooted device. No system is perfectly secure, but because Looplet keeps your information on your device and transmits it nowhere, the exposure surface is minimal.
Looplet is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — indeed, the app collects no personal information from anyone.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, note them in the app’s release notes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
